Canstar Blue Awards Tyrepower Most Satisfied Customers

For the third consecutive year, Tyrepower has been awarded the Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers title in the Tyre Retailers category.

Tyrepower received an extremely impressive five stars, the highest possible accolade, in four of the six Canstar Blue categories – Overall Satisfaction, Value for Money, Website Experience and Point of Sale Service.

Being awarded this exceptional title is great testament to Tyrepower’s commitment to providing outstanding retail service, knowledge, friendly customer service and great value in each and every one of its 250 stores across Australia.

“We are extremely proud to have won the Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers in the Tyre Retailers category for three years running,” David Wilson, Tyrepower CEO said.

“Our Tyrepower owner operators are obviously making a difference, and this award is a credit to all of them and their hard work.

“We are so thrilled to see our company’s goals of providing exceptional service and great products being reflected by this award.

“What is pleasing to us as well is that we received five stars in the online environment, which we take as positive response to our new website which was launched a year ago.”

In December 2015, Canstar Blue surveyed 3,000 adults with the customer ratings for tyre retailers based on the responses of 1,157 motorists who purchased new car tyres from a retailer in the last two years.

Seven tyre retailers featured in the Canstar Blue results, with Tyrepower sharing the Most Satisfied Customers crown with Bob Jane T-Marts and Bridgestone.
